Amy Winehouse refused to pay £30,000 for hubby Blake Fielder-Civil’s rehab
London, Nov 7: English singer/songwriter Amy Winehouse has refused to pay 30,000 dollars for her hubby Blake Fielder-Civil’s rehab.
Fielder-Civil, 26, who had been released from prison on November 5, had straight away headed to the rehab for treatment despite having said that he was looking forward to a reunion with Winehouse.
However, Winehouse, 25, has refused to pay for his rehabilitation, and pals have revealed that her hubby “has a lot of work to do” as their marriage is on very shaky grounds.
“Blake thought he would click his fingers and she’d stump up the 30 grand. But so far she has refused. He’s not happy,” the Sun quoted one of the friends as saying.
The Rehab singer’s friends say that she would like to be sure that their marriage is worth continuing before she commits to anything.
Winehouse was livid after she found out that Fielder-Civil had been released hours before and that he never informed her.
“He never told her. She learnt about it from reporters,” her dad Mitch, 57, a London cabbie, said.
When the news of his early release was revealed, Winehouse ended up punching photographers, and she only calmed down after Mitch turned up at about 10pm to take her to his home. (ANI)
