The 'Rock On’ team is again in the limelight for different reasons. A large scale concert has been organized by Arjun Rampal and Farhan Akhtar who starred together in the latest hit film 'Rock On’.

To quote Rampal “When Rock On was such a success I always used to flip through papers to see what more have they written about us and then I noticed the picture of this man standing with a kid, someone who has lost everything and then I thought to myself how selfish can I get. Hence the idea to hold a concert with quite a few very famous local bands and Bollywood composers also joining hands.”

Top Bollywood actors Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan are also going to make an appearance at the concert.

The concert to be held on Oct 31 shall help set up a rehabilitation camp for those affected by the floods in Bihar.

MP Priya Dutt who is also part of this cause with the Nargis Dutt Memorial Charitable Trust stated, “When I went to Bihar I realized how much ever we do is not enough ......Rehabilitation will take a lot of time and effort. We hope this concert will go a small way towards that end. Cheers to the Rock On team for initiating a good cause without any hidden benefits as in our materialistic world one rarely hears about any genuine efforts made on this front.”
