Her Majesty's Prison Service just got decent!

London, Nov.26 : Britain's Prison Service has decided to get decent and polite with its inmates.

According to The Mirro, prison wardens have reportedly been instructed to call prisoners by their first names to boost their quality of life in jail.

They will also knock on cells doors before entering as part of a new "decency" agenda.

The scheme is being launched at Her Majesty's  Prison Birmingham, in Winson Green after an official study found the 1,400 inmates were not living in a "good environment".

"We want to improve the wellbeing of everyone in jail, staff and prisoners alike. The decency agenda is committed to ensuring prisoners are treated fairly and with respect," a Prison Service spokeswoman said. (ANI)
