Discussions turned down for petrol pumps strike from September 20

Murli-Deora-petrol-strikeThe Federation of All-India Petroleum Traders has jabbed to their guns to move on a strike starting from September 20 shutting all retail petrol pumps nationwide. This entails the collapse of their discussions with the Petroleum and Natural Gas Ministry.

A commission of petrol pump dealers guided by Ashok Badhwar, FAIPT president and J.D. Seelam, MP met Mr. Deora on the concern. Mr. Deora made a point that the government and the oil Public Sector Undertaking had always been ajar for bearing in mind the justified demands and that was the motive why the dealers' commission on petrol and diesel was lifted up currently.
