Britney’s stalker turns out to be a 2-time ''American Idol'' flop
New York, Apr 19 : The identity of the woman stalking Britney Spears has been revealed-she is a two-time `American Idol' flop.
Miranda Tozier-Robbins, 26 of Fitchburg, Mass., was rejected from the show for singing Spears'' songs at auditions in 2004 and 2005.
In her blog, Miranda detailed about her "Idol" flops, admitting she got "choked up" when the judges panned her voice at a Boston audition in 2005.
She wrote that judge Simon Cowell said she was "terrible" and told her to "stop singing."
"Every day I visualize those three people standing about 10 feet in front of me," The New York Daily Times quoted her as writing in her blog.
Authorities revealed that Tozier-Robbins was arrested on April 16 after security guards caught her peeking into Spears'' Calabasas, Calif., home with a backpack full of video equipment.
She was charged for misdemeanour trespassing and disorderly conduct.
"She wasn''t exhibiting anything for us to be concerned. We believe it was probably a paparazzi incident," said Los Angeles County Sheriff''s Department spokesman Steve Whitmore. (ANI)
