Motorola Announces Two MING Handsets For Business Segment

Motorola has made announcement about the launching of its two new Motorola A1600 and A1800 MING phones, named A1600 and A1800 in the market.

Targeted at business class, the newly launched phones run on the Linux operating system.

The new Motorola A1600 comes equipped with exciting features that includes a 2.4 inch touch screen, a 3 mega-pixel camera, business card reader, microSD slot, stereo Bluetooth, FM tuner, media player, GPS receiver and micro-USB port.

Moreover, the Quad-band GSM phone adds software which translate the text. It also has a plastic cover to protect the phone from damage.

Incorporating a 2.4 inch touch screen, Motorola’s another MING phone named A1800 comes with excellent multimedia features such as 3 mega-pixel camera, Bluetooth A2DP, EDGE/GPRS support and in-built GPS. The dual SIM facility lets the phone to work on both CDMA and GSM (Tri-Band) SIM cards.

However, both the handsets lack Wi-Fi functionality.

The company has not yet revealed the pricing and availability information of both the handsets.
