Mahindra two-wheelers gaining pace
After the company made its foray in the two-wheeler segment with the acquisition of Kinetic motors in 2008, Mahindra two-wheelers has been on a roll.
In fact, the CEO of the two-wheeler division, Anoop Mathur has recently said that the company has been able to clock a sales of one lakh units in its 11th month, which is way before the targeted 18th month.
It is to be mentioned that the company has been leveraging its strength in the tractors segment as far as he distribution network of the company goes. It may be noted here that the company has been able to make mark for itself in the scooters segment.
The company has finalized its plan to launch motorcycles in the Indian market by the year-end. In fact, the recently launched models have also been doing wonders for the two-wheeler segment of the conglomerate. In fact, the positioning set by the company which indicates the one size, fits all strategy has also worked in favor of the company.
Mathur also said that the company is working on the best ideas that it can go ahead with to ensure a steady growth of the company even in the times to come.
