Mahindra Satyam wins GSK contract for BPO
The sister concern of the tech arm of the M&M Group Tech Mahindra, Mahindra Satyam has recently bagged contract from the UK-based GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) for another five years. Under the terms of the contract, the Regional Service Center (RSC) of Mahindra Satyam's BPO unit will be providing services like the creative logo, production and promotional graphic artwork services to the customer base of GSK across the globe.
In fact, it may be noted here that the relationship among the two parties have been five years old and this renewal the contract will be with the tech arm of M&M for another five years.
Moreover, according to a statement issued by Mahindra Satyam after the renewal of the contract, the company has provided high end artwork and design services to the pharmaceutical company in the past five years.
Mahindra Satyam BPO CEO Vijay Rangineni said that the renewal of the contract is a true testimonial of the trust that the pharma major has in Mahindra Satyam. In fact, integrated partnership approach and a continued focus on productivity, quality performances are some of the handful of factors that are being considered as a pillar of the renewal of the contract.
