Macca still feels ‘tinge of sadness’ at first wife Linda’s death

Macca still feels ‘tinge of sadness’ at first wife Linda’s deathLondon, Jan 29 : Sir Paul McCartney has revealed that he wakes up every morning feeling a `tinge of sadness' after the death of his first wife Linda.

Currently, the former Beatles legend is dating American socialite Nancy Shevell after a messy public divorce with second wife Heather Mills in 2008.

However, Macca still misses Linda, who died of cancer in 1998.

McCartney said that he tries to think about the couple''s happy memories to overcome the pain.

"I don''t wake up every day with a hole in my heart, but there''s a tinge of sadness. I mean, how do you cope with losing those close to you? I''ve lost both my parents, lost George, lost John, lost Linda," the Daily Express quoted Macca, as saying.

"All I tend to do is remember the great stuff and that helps," he added. (ANI)
