Lenovo launches new smartphones in IndiaLenovo has announced the launch of a host of new smartphones in the Indian market to expand its presence in the country.

The company said that it is launching new smartphones called K900, P780, S920, S820, A706 and A390 in the country. The Lenovo K900 was first displayed at CES earlier this year and it is powered by Intel's dual-core Clover Trail+ platform featuring the Intel Atom Z2580 dual-core processor clocking in at 2GHz.

The smartphone comes with a full-HD 1080x1920 pixels display, 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded through a MicroSd card slot. The 2500 mAh battery of the device will offer extended battery life. As for photography, the device comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera with a new Sony Exmor BSI sensor and a 2-megapixel front camera for videoconferencing.

The K900 will be launched with a price tag of Rs. 32,999 in the Indian market. The K900 smartphone will be launched at 3,000 Lenovo outlets starting July.
