At the New York Auto Show, auto major Hyundai pronounced that it will be offering a free iPad with every Equus purchased. The automotive giant is betting big on the luxury sedan, Equus and now the car bestows a bonus offering for its consumers, the touchscreen tablet from Apple- iPad.

The gift packed iPad shall be pre-loaded with an electronic version of the car's manual instead of the usual bulky printed version and will include a pre-loaded Hyundai iPad application which will allow customers to make service appointments on the go.

The company added further stating that the iPad will showcase few of the much - talked about special features for consumer reference and also adding to the number of photographs are the HD photographs of the new luxury car.

Hyundai representatives further reported that the device has a custom-built interactive manual for consumers, apart from its other functions.
