The company is said to be working towards increasing its speed, besides some issues pointed out by users. The company wants it to be faster and slicker and the new updates will be soon made available at the HTC's support site. Customers should be ready to get new updates - for enhanced speed and better performance - on their phones very soon.

The company has yet to announce the final date for the updates, but these are likely to be made available in two segments, after the completion of the work on new firmware, to boost Hero's operational speed.
