House that?

Sonu NiigaAm shifts to his new bungalow on Yari Road

Sonu Niigaam has recently shifted to his three-storey bungalow on Yari Road and he says that he bought the entire building because he wanted to have a house that had a terrace.

"Since my childhood I did not ever live in a house that had a terrace. I really longed for one for many years and when I saw this building I immediately gave a nod to it as it had a beautiful terrace. I didn't really care for how much it was going to cost me. I have converted the entire first floor into my office as I'm currently embarking on something pretty huge which I unfortunately can't disclose,"Coming back to his home he says, "The third floor is for me and my child. It has bedrooms. The second floor has dining space, and guest rooms."

And how much did Sonu exactly shell out for the building? It must have been a huge amount. "I can't disclose the figures," he says.

But if we are to calculate the cost of land at Yari, Sonu must have definitely spent somewhere between Rs6-10 crores for it.
