Although, the market leader in the two-wheelers industry is busy banking high volumes, all thanks to its extensive growth in the rural areas and the right product portfolio to suit the needs of the Indian consumer but the company has got struck in a legal battle with its manpower vendor over the accusations of illegal manpower transfers.

According to the manpower vendor of the company, Brains Logistics Pvt. Ltd, the company has illegally transferred its employees to another manpower vendor. However, the market leader is clearly denying any such act as it said that the employees willingly and voluntarily filed a resignation to Brains Logistics to join its rival Surya Enterprises.

Notably, Hero Honda and Brains Logistics have been sharing a sour relationship since the month of March after the two-wheeler maker terminated its services and transferred its 500 employees on the payrolls of Surya Enterprises.

While the court case been running in the Gurgaon District Court, the court has asked the two-wheeler maker to respond to the petition filed by the manpower vendor by the 17th of this month.
