There is no denying that the fact that the Harley brand is not known for high numbers but for its culture and love for biking globally and without any big surprise, the company is trying its level best to create such an environment in India as well.

Harley-Davidson's Director (Marketing), Sanjay Tripathi said that the company will be launching the Harley Davidson Owner's Group (HOGS) very soon in the Indian market.

In fact, HOGS as a Group is very famous for the cult biking culture that it creates. Tripathi also said that the company is looking at launching the HOGS in October in the Indian market wherein any Harley buyer will automatically become a member of the group as well.

It is to be mentioned here that the models of the company are priced at between Rs 7 lakh and Rs 35 lakh. It may be noted here that the company has to pay a 110 per cent duty on the import of each bike which currently has four dealerships across Delhi, Hyderabad, Chandigarh and Mumbai. However, it has a plan to launch one more in Bangalore this month.
