Tony Bramwell had raised eyebrows with his ferocious attack on Yoko in his recent memoirs, Magical Mystery Tours.

Being one of the last surviving members of the Beatles’ inner circle, he claimed that her initial interest in Lennon was based on his vast fortune, blamed her for the group’s break-up and accused her of interfering with recording sessions.

A British government has shown that one woman claims to have drunk 50 units in one night - the equivalent of seven bottles of wine.

The study’s author, Valerie McMunn, said girls have a few drinks to boost their confidence on a night out but find it hard to stop.

Washington, Nov 16 : Swedish researchers have shown that violent video games affect boys'' biological systems.

To reach the conclusion, boys were asked to play two different video games at home in the evening.

The boys’ heart rate was registered, among other parameters. It turned out that the heart rate variability was affected to a higher degree when the boys were playing games focusing on violence compared with games without violent features, reports Science Daily.

Differences in heart rate variability were registered both while the boys were playing the games and when they were sleeping that night. The boys themselves did not feel that they had slept poorly after having played violent games.
