Om sa…re…ee…clearing her throat, Sunita Amin, from Bangalore, a Drupad singer and disciple of Drupad guru, Zia Fariduddin Dagar, was ready for her debut performance at the Samanvai art gallery on Sunday. Sanjay Agle, Pakhawaj player from Indore, played in sync with the debutant.

Director, Samanvai art gallery, Reeta Kuhad, and Shelja Khaitan, introduced the performers. Taking over, Sunita said, “I learnt Hindi only in the last eight years, so pardon any mispronunciations.”

The `Factory Girl' star launched Twenty8Twelve, her collection with sister Savannah, in 2007, and displayed her new collection at London Fashion Week.

Despite the success of her stint as a fashion designer, Miller insists she won't give acting.

"I''m not giving up acting, I love acting. But I also love working with my sister," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

Superior Court Judge Luis A. Lavin told the court that the late Ledger''s 3-year-old daughter should be protected from public scrutiny.

"She is not a celebrity. She is a minor child," the Daily Express quoted Judge Lavin, as saying.

Judge Lavin''s ruling was made after attorneys for her trust and insurance company Reliastar announced that they have reached an agreement to settle a 6.9 million dollar lawsuit.

Cowell said that he wants to have his body frozen so that one day technology could bring him back to life, reports the China Daily.

The cryogenics comment was trumpeted in a number of news reports as a serious plan by Cowell, a music industry executive and TV producer.
