Slumdog stars return to rapturous welcome in India New Delhi - The stars of Oscar-winning film Slumdog Millionaire returned to India Thursday to a rapturous welcome.

There were huge crowds waiting at the airports in Chennai and Mumbai as music composer AR Rahman, sound engineer Resul Pookutty, actor Irfan Khan and the child stars of of the film touched down, PTI and IANS news agency reported.

The crowds were largest in Chennai, AR Rahman's hometown. Well-known drummer Shivamani and his troupe and groups of dancers and musicians performed outside the airport.

Allen is a family friend of the Ronson clan, having worked with Samantha's brother Mark on her 2006 debut Alright, Still.

And now she is set to work on a track with Lohan, according to British newspaper The Sun.

Spider-Man musical 'to have Broadway debut in 2010'Washington, Feb 26 : Bono and The Edge's musical based on the Marvel comic book hero Spider-Man will open on Broadway in 2010, according to reports.

'Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark' will include the story of the superhero's origins and will feature music and lyrics by U2 members, reports Contactmusic.

It will play at the Hilton Theatre due to the venue's space, with preview performances taking place in January.

It will be directed by Julie Taymor, the name behind Disney's long-running Lion King.

Kings of Leon bagged the best album award for 'Only By The Night', which also earned them a Brit last week.

Amy Winehouse was named the world's worst dressed woman, while television presenter Alexa Chung was voted best dressed.

His advisors believe that attending these sessions will help the R&B star, 19, 'look better to the public' when he appears in court next month, reports the Sun.

Brown is accused of attacking Rihanna, who he was dating at the time of the alleged incident on February 8.
