New Delhi, Apr 10 : Taylor Swift wants to keep her private life out of the spotlight and shuns celebrity parties for quiet nights in with close chums.

The China Daily reported the 19-year-old singer, who is close pals with singers Miley Cyrus and Carrie Underwood, said: "I like hanging out with my friends. I don''t really go out much, I have friends who are famous too but we don''t go and crash all the hotspots.

"I''m a bit too young for all of that. I''m a quiet girl and a good girl."

Taylor, who used to date Jonas Brothers singer Joe Jonas, said: "It''s fine to talk about love publicly, but I think when you talk about virginity and sex publicly, people just automatically picture you naked.

London, April 10 : Animal rights group People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) has appreciated King of Pop Michael Jackson's decision to keep his comeback concerts animal free.

The `Thriller' hitmaker came under fire from PETA after it was rumoured that the singer would include a variety of exotic creatures in his `This Is It ` run at London''s O2 Arena this summer.

However, organisers of the concerts have now confirmed no animals will be onstage at the gigs - and PETA bosses are pleased with the decision.

London, April 10: Actress Jessica Biel could become a professional stripper, according to her dance coach.

The 27-year-old beauty, who is being trained in the skill for new movie ‘Powder Blue’, could take up dancing as a career because it comes naturally to her, said the actress’ coach, renowned burlesque stripper Cati Jean.

“From our very first session she picked it up and in no time reached professional level,” the Daily Express quoted Biel, as saying.

Cati, who runs a French cabaret show in Hollywood, said she would love to include Biel in a future performance.

London, Apr 10: Jack Tweed is reportedly planning to open a high-class restaurant in honour of his late wife Jade Goody.

The restaurant, to be opened in Essex, will serve “international cuisine” and the menu will reflect late Big Brother star’s taste in food.

Tweed, 21, has teamed up with best pal Mark Wright and is in talks with various TV channels to film their progress.

Mark’s cousin Elliott Wright, who has eight restaurants on Spain’s Costa del Sol, has also been roped for help.

London, April 10 : A falconer whose owls starred in Harry Potter films has admitted to a string of animal cruelty offences.

Kenneth Lea, 50, who has now had his birds removed from his care, pleaded guilty to 17 charges relating to the animals between March and June last year.

He admitted the offences regarding 42 birds of prey and 11 chickens he kept at Old Park Farm in Wakefield, West Yorks, reports the Independent.

The nine eagle owls were snapped up by Warner Brothers to star in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
