Gadkari says sorry to Lalu and Mulayam
BJP president Nitin Gadkari has apologized Chief of the Rashtriya Janata Dal, Lalu Prasad Yadav and the Samajwadi Party Chief Mulayam Singh Yadav for his offensive remarks against them. Gadkari had used offensive words against Lalu Prasad and Mulayam Singh Yadav at a public rally in Chandigarh.
Gadkari commented about both leaders at the recent rally, "These leaders were roaring like lions but later bowed like dogs to lick the feet of Sonia and the Congress". This line has created issue all across the country.
The Samajwadi Party had a press conference at Chandigarh and has informed that politicians like Gadkari are not fit for national politics. He is leading a national level party but he is not maintaining that decorum.
The party has also said that such indecent language from Gadkari shows that he is an ill mannered person.
Even the RJD leaders are planning to campaign against him and they may file a case on this issue as well. However, Nitin Gadkari has gone for an unconditional apology saying he was just using a phrase in the speech to make a point.
