New Delhi-based Emmsons International Limited has informed that it has signed shareholders' agreement with Dubai-based ETA Star International LLC, for the Joint Venture (JV) in mining and marketing of coal.

Under the arrangement, the JV partners will set up first company with the objective to finance development of Indonesian coal mining infrastructure and operations and conduct the coal mining business.

The second JV company will be set up for off-take and marketing of coal internationally.

ETA Star International LLC and Emmsons International will hold shareholding in the ratio of 75: 25 in the both firms, which will be domiciled at Dubai, UAE.  

The JV will setup its third company in Indonesia for providing mining services. The first JV company will hold 99.99% shareholding in this firm.

Emmsons International Limited exports rice, wheat, and other agricultural products. It exports agri-commodities, such as white and par boiled rice, wheat, maize, and wheat flour to Far East, the Middle East, and West and South Africa. The company also imports Sulphur.
