CSR to Issue Report on 3-day Metro Inspection
Metro inspection at the Byappanahalli station in Bangalore, which was going on since past three days by Commissioner of Rail Safety (CRS) Mr. D K Singh, is now complete.
After inspecting everything thoroughly, the officer will be soon preparing a new report, in which he will be listing about the shortcoming that he noticed in the metro project of Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL). It has to be fixed by the authority at the earliest and also about the recommendations that according to him can be incorporated for efficient Metro operations.
Upon receiving the report from CRS, it will be turn of BMRCL to issue a compliance report to show that they have accepted the recommendations of the CRS and enabling CRS to further issue an authorization sanctioning Reach 1.
Regarding the situation, Mr. Singh said that his inspection procedure is complete now and soon he will be preparing his report regarding same. “The report will have my comments after the three day inspection, along with a list of shortcomings followed by some recommendations”, he said.
On the other hand, BMRCL MD Mr. N Sivasailam said that one more round of inspection will take place on September 9 by the CRS.
