Bush to discuss security with Bulgarian prime ministerWashington - US President George W Bush will meet with Bulgarian Prime Minister Sergei Stanishev in June for discussions about securing Iraq and Afghanistan, the White House said Friday.

The two leaders will also address the global energy crunch and promoting Euro-Atlantic integration of the Balkans during the June 18 meeting at the White House, spokeswoman Dana Perino said.

"Our two nations are committed to deepening our economic ties and to strengthening our cooperation on energy security," Perino said. (dpa)
