Brit woman shopped for adultery by hubby in Dubai

Dubai is more competitive than Japan, Germany and France, says reportLondon, May 26 : A husband has landed his wife in an Arab prison with a yearlong sentence for cheating on him with another man.

Vincent tipped cops in Dubai about mum-of-two Sally Antia as she stepped out of five-star Radisson Dubai Deira Creek hotel with her lover in the early hours.

The British businesswoman, who has been married for 14 years and lived in Dubai for 12, was taken into custody and left facing deportation after confessing adultery in court.

The 44-year-old told authorities she funded her lover’s flights from the UK to the strict Muslim emirate, where adultery is punishable by a maximum sentence of a year in jail and deportation.

Sally further revealed she had been with her lover for six days at a stretch before being caught.

“She is mortified. Her husband has wrought the ultimate revenge. She is trying to come to terms with the fact her life and career could lie in tatters,” The Sun quoted a source as saying.

“No one here believes she would be able to cope with prison. She has two children and she’s desperately worried about what will happen to them,” the source added.

Vincent is now reportedly seeking a divorce and custody of their daughters, believed to be 13 and 11. (ANI)
