Brit Woman Comes Up With Curry Slimming Group
If you believed Indian curries were high in calories, this menu will transform your idea.
Britain has its first "curry slimming group" after a female who shed 19 kilogram on the diet planned to launch an exclusive centre.
Suki Burai, a sales professional, has come up with a menu of healthy Indian guidelines for her members.
The chilli-hot meals comprise tandoori fish curry, chapattis and delicious lentil dishes.
Burai estimates that the meals have the tang for success.
The 41-year-old said, "I spent years on failed diets, but I started making my own recipes with different ingredients."
"I could enjoy curries on a regular basis and still lose weight. The recipes are quick and easy to make which suits a lot of women who work full-time," she added. (With Inputs from Agencies)
