Blackberry launches Torch 9800
The maker of Blackberry- Research in Motion (RIM) is back in the smarthphone business with its latest handset named BlackBerry Torch 9800. The phone comes lass with new features like Web browser, new apps, a new interface, and new social networking hooks.
These services enable the users to save their cost otherwise to be paid in form of usage charges on these services.
The phone is targeted at the consumers who are fond of staying connected with their friends through chatting or those who like to play games and surf the net all day long.
What makes this phone a complete different bet from the earlier AT&T phones is corporate look. As this phone comes minus with all, that flashy sheen made to tempt the younger generation. The phone has an excellent touch screen and media features that has messaging to its base.
However the phone is entirely made of a premium plastic and lacks the touches of metal to it. It also has a standard BlackBerry trackpad, which goes in complete sync with the Blackberry phones.
One of the unique features of the phone is its touch screen that has a 3.2 inch display and a 360-by-480 in size. It's different from the click- screen from the BlackBerry Storm series.
