Amy Winehouse ‘to offer hubby £2.5M in divorce settlement’
Washington, February 9: Amy Winehouse reportedly wants to offer not more than 2.5 million pounds to her jailbird-hubby in divorce settlement.
Blake Fielder-Civil had filed for divorce in January, following reports that his singer-wife had been romancing former rugby player Joshua Bowman while holidaying in the Caribbean.
Amy was said to have wanted to try and save her 20-month marriage, but decided to go ahead with the split after Blake was reported to be setting his eyes on her 15 million pound fortune, and alleging himself to be the muse behind her tunes.
"She wanted to come home but it was too cold," Contactmusic quoted a source close to Amy as telling British newspaper The Mail.
"She will instruct lawyers through arranged phone conversations. She wants to settle for half of what she has earned during their time together, around £2.5 million," the source added. (ANI)
