Abhay Condemns Terrorist Attacks In Mumbai

Abhay Condemns Terrorist Attacks In Mumbai Like other Mumbai citizens and the Bollywood fraternity, Abhay Deol also condemned a series of terrorist attacks in India's financial capital.

Abhay, whose movie ‘Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye!’ released amidst the turmoil in Mumbai, is more concerned about the victims of the attack.

A touched Abhay said, “Film is a very small thing in front of all the present issues. If my film hasn't done well it really doesn't matter, many people have lost their lives in the recent terror attacks. This is a tragedy.”

Abhay also has a liking for playing innovative roles. His movie with Dibaker Banerjee is an example of such script.

“I have liked the off beat part somewhere it is the adventure of doing something, the only thing I didn’t want to do is sing and dance,” Abhay said.

While Abhay plays a conman in ‘Oye Lucky Lucky Oye’, his character in Anurag Kashyap’s upcoming movie Dev D, is that of a drug user.

The actor apparently likes to draw from real life experiences.

“Of course I have seen it, experienced it and that essentially the reason why I felt like doing the film, we could have shove it in the rug, but then that was not what I was going to do,” he also said.

In end, we wish him the best of luck for his future!
