Facebook co-founder and CEO, Mark Zuckerberg has sad that this year he will be only eating meet from animals he kills himself.

According to a Fortune blog post Zuckerberg has joined many others learning to slaughter their own meat. Fortune said that Zuckerberg learned the practice of slaughtering his own food from neighbor, Jesse Ziff Cool, who owns the Menlo Park restaurant Flea Street Café.

He said, “This year I've basically become a vegetarian since the only meat I'm eating is from animals I've killed myself. So far, this has been a good experience. I'm eating a lot healthier foods and I've learned a lot about sustainable farming and raising of animals."

Zuckerberg told Fortune that the ides about eating his own meat came to him after he held a pig roast at his home last year and was concerned when others aid they didn't want to think about the pig being alive. He said that now he only goes to restaurants where he can eat vegetarian food.

Zuckerberg has now personally slaughtered a chicken, a pig and a goat"with a knife, which is the most kind way to do it," according to Cool.
