Islamabad, Apr. 10 : The Pakistan Presidency has launched a new website of the President Asif Ali Zardari, The Daily Times reported.
The website, www. president. gov. pk has been launched on a trial basis, and more features would be included after ascertaining public response to it.
The website contains important email addresses, telephone and fax numbers, press releases and news updates also
Interestingly, a recent BBC survey had rated Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh''s official website better than Zardari's.
The BBC News had given Singh's website a score of six points out of ten, while Zardari''s constantly "under construction" site got just four points.
Senior web consultant Keith Black, during the survey, while commenting on Zardari's site, had pointed out : "Slightly dated design and seemingly most of the site still under construction , clear navigation though on the left hand side. But no visible method of contact through the site." (ANI)
