A two year agreement with Radio City 91.1 FM has been signed by Mauj Mobile, the wireless subsidiary of People Group.

This agreement will not only strengthen the Media Solutions operations of Mauj Mobile, it will also provide an exclusive telecom rights to all contents of Radio city. Radio City has a huge audience base that covers around 20 markets in India, and a special website, catering to the station’s huge audience will be built by Mauj in return.

Now the listeners can also participate in various contests and programs by sending keywords and messages to the Mauj Mobile shortcode.

“As pioneers in the private FM arena, we believe that the core brand experience through this touch point can be greatly enhanced. To this effect, our association with Mauj will provide our listeners a direct and engaging Radio City experience, allowing them seamless interactivity with the Radio City brand,” reported Ms. Apurva Purohit, CEO, Radio City 91.1FM.
