India to meet New Zealand in warm-up match

Indian team will meet New Zealand in the warm-up match in Potchefstroom, South Africa on September 20 before start of eight-nation ICC Champions Trophy on 22nd September.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the schedule for warm-up matches on Thursday. These warm-up matches will be played between 18 and 20 September in Potchefstroom, Benoni and Pretoria.

Each team will play at least one warm-up match except Australia and England as both teams are playing ODI series in England and they will fly to South Africa on 21st September to take part in the ICC event.

Pakistan will play against Sri Lanka in the first warm-up match at Willowmoore Park, Benoni on 18th September and in second warm-up match, they will play against local club Warriors at Willowmoore Park, Benoni on 20th September.

The ICC Champions Trophy will be played at The Wanderers and Centurion from September 22 to October 5.
