Tata Teleservices launches ‘Mobile Broadband Internet facility’ in Delhi
Private telecom operator Tata Teleservices Ltd (TTSL) on Monday announced the launch of Photon+, mobile broadband internet device for its Delhi subscribers.
Photon+ mobile broadband service offers Mobile Broadband services with speeds upto 3.1Mbps, which allows customers to be connected- not only for mails, but also for downloads, large files uploads, photo sharing, etc.
In addition, the device also allows users to send and receive SMS and is compatible with both laptops and desktop PCs.
The company stated in a communiqué that it will offer a plug-n-play device for individual and small office/home office users and, router for enterprise customers.
To avail the service, home users have to pay Rs 3,500 initially and have to select a tariff plan according to their usage needs, while for the business segment, the router is available at a refundable security deposit of Rs 6,999 and a one-time activation fee of Rs 1,000 (followed by monthly tariffs).
