Tata Teleservices inks MoU with Hirco Development

TataThe country's youngest and fastest-growing pan-India telecom service providers, Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hirco Developments, a part of the Hirco group.

The MoU was signed on the basis of co-operation between the two companies for setting up world-class telecom infrastructure at Hirco's integrated township and proposed SEZ project in Mumbai at Panvel.

Under the arrangement, Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) will provide complete telecom solutions to Hirco's Panvel project, including voice, data, hotspots, video and audio conferencing facility, broadband, leased lines and wireless services or any other telecommunication services.

The scrip of Tata Teleservices closed on Wednesday at Rs 24, marginally up compared to its previous close. The counter has made 52-week and high of Rs 38.25 and Rs 12.50 respectively.
