Tamilian activists break into Indian High Commission building in London
London, Apr. 27 : Hundreds of Tamilian activists staged a noisy protest outside the Indian High Commission in London shouting anti-India slogans, and protesting against the Indian Government's policies on the Tamil issue.
Three to four agitated protestors broke into the building through the visa department, and demanded that the Indian Government force Sri Lanka to call off its offensive against the LTTE, that was resulting in great loss of life and property among innocent Tamilians.
Police were subsequently called in, who escorted the agitated protestors who had broken into the High Commission, out of the building.
It is not known yet whether any formal charges have been filed against the intruders. (ANI)
