SwiftKey ads SwiftKey Cloud to beta versionSwiftKey, a popular Android keyboard app, has said that it is adding a host of new services for backing up and syncing files across several devices called, SwiftKey Cloud for its users.

The service, which is in its beta version currently, allows users to transfer their personal writing style onto other devices in a cloud-based system. The new Enabling the Cloud option will offer backup and sync, trending phrases, and enhanced personalization to the users. The syncing option allows users to have their personal preferences on new devices without having to personally set options on each device.

Co-founder and CTO Ben Medlock said in a statement, “SwiftKey Cloud represents the next step in personalized technology. The words and phrases that matter to you are intelligently updated across all your devices and kept safe.”

Trending Phrases allows users to access most relevant daily discussions from Twitter and other news sources and local topics from news, show business, or sports. The SwiftKey Cloud beta also makes it easier for users to use next-word predictions and auto-corrections easier with complete Gmail and Facebook API integration for Twitter, RSS, SMS, and Yahoo Mail accounts.
