South African team is placed at the top of the ICC ODI rankings for teams and they will be eyeing to win their first major event after a long time. South African team had played brilliantly in past few years and their team includes many match winners.

South African team will heavily rely on AB de Villiers, J Duminy and Smith at their home pitches. In the bowling department, D Steyn and R Merwe will be keys to success for the hosts.

South African basemen will have to watch out for spinning maestro M Muraltharan and mystery bowler A Mendis. These spinners had troubled South African batsmen in the past and they will have to tackle them to win the match.
