Indian tennis star Somdev Devvarman has moved to 127 spot in the men's single in the latest ATP issued by the International Tennis Federation (ITP) on Monday.
Somdev has gained eight spots to reach at his carrier best ranking after losing in the semifinal of the Aptos Challenger on Sunday.
His performance in the Aptos Challenger was second best performance of his carrier after making into the finals of Hyderabad Open.
Another Indian Prakash Amritraj has slipped 10 positions to 264 spot after poor performance in the season.
Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi have retained their doubles rankings at 6th and 8th spot respectively.
Indian tennis ace Sania Mirza jumped to 83rd position while she moved three positions to be at 39th position in the doubles ranking.
