Softpro System has informed that it has entered with the shareholders of "Cura Risk Management Software (Proprietary) Limited, South Africa for acquiring its 100% stake. The company official has notified Softpro System has completed all the formalities pertaining to such acquisition of CURA, South Africa.

Further, they reported that the payment of purchase consideration for acquiring CURA, South Africa has been made yesterday to its outgoing shareholders, thereby taking over the management of CURA, South Africa.

Cura, South Africa is a leading provider of integrated software solutions addressing the Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) requirements globally, having offices in South Africa, USA, UK, Australia and operates through exclusive distributors in 16 countries in Asia and South America.

The said acquisition of CURA, South Africa has been routed through company's Singapore based wholly owned subsidiary. The scrip of Softpro System closed today at Rs 212 on BSE.
