The research was conducted by medical experts at Harvard.

It was also found that brown rice reduces the risk of type 2 diabetes because it releases glucose slowly than white rice.

Now according to a new study, the researchers concluded that an egg a day will not increase the risk of Type2 diabetes.

The research said that eggs are very beneficial for health because they contain proteins and other nutrients in large amount.

The overall effect of consuming eggs will not increase the risk of type 2 diabetes. Eggs are also considered a key source for dietary cholesterol.

Researchers conducted a test on 4000 older men and women, who participated in Cardiovascular Health Study.

After 11 years, the researchers found that 313 people developed type 2 diabetes and the causes were being closely related to being overweight, poor diet and lack of exercise.

The final conclusion was that egg consumption does not increase the risk of type2 diabetes, but, the results does not give any significant relationship between the amount of egg consumption and type2 diabetes.
