Sen'Derrick Marks takes 18-year-old Girl with Cancer to prom

Sen'Derrick Marks, football defensive tackle for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League, took 18-year-old Khameyea Jennings to the dance at the Jacksonville Zoo.

Marks picked up Jennings in his Lamborghini on Saturday evening. It has been reported that on Wednesday Marks visited Jennings at Wolfson Children's Hospital with a bouquet of flowers in order to ask if he could take her to the prom. Before inviting her to her prom at the Jacksonville Zoo, Marks chatted with her.

"I talked with your mom; she said it was OK. And I heard you had a prom this weekend and I wanted to know if I could take you to prom?", said Marks.

Earlier, Jennings thought that she will attend the prom with her sister but invitation of Marks was good to turn down. She accepted and she did not know anything about sports. On Mother's Day in 2013, the girl was diagnosed with cancer. Laquandra Jennings said that her daughter was waiting for a night that was free of needles, chemo, and potassium levels. Jennings is a student at Frank H. Peterson Academies of Technology.

A video of the invitation was tweeted by the Jaguars and the story rapidly went viral. According to the headline at bustle. com, Marks asked the teen Girl with Cancer to Prom & it is the Best Promposal Ever. NFL players are frequently asked to come and do favors and good deeds but according to Marks, he's choosy about that. The former Tennessee Titans joined the Jaguars in 2013 and he is getting better from knee surgery.
