Washington, Mar 10 : Selena Gomez has returned to the stage after checking into rehab earlier this year in January.

The 21-year-old singer performed at the 2014 BorderFest concert at the Hidalgo State Farm Arena in Texas on Saturday evening, Contactmusic reported.

The 'Come 'n' Get It' singer had earlier posted a picture on Instagram following her rehab stint. She said that she did everything she could to the best of her ability and thanked her fans for the unconditional love.

The former Disney Star was forced to take a break after allegedly being diagnosed with autoimmune disease Lupus. (ANI)
