Retail firm Comet posts 14% jump in profits The electrical and household appliances retailer Comet has seen a rise of almost 14% in its annual profit this year. The parent company of Comet is Kesa Electricals. As per Kesa Electricals, Comet has produced
11.5 million Euros in the year, till the end of April, which is well above from 10.1 million Euros a year ago.

Kesa has credited the improved customer service for the hike in profit. But, it has accepted that its major markets across Europe are still in a challenging mode. In total, the profits were 69.9 million Euros for the whole Kesa group. The French chain of the Kesa group, the Darty France recorded a hike of 7.4% in its sales.

The shares of the Kesa group had gone up and it has made the investors very happy. But according to the company, they are very concerned about their competitors, as the competition in the European market is going stronger and stronger day by day. So, they are planning for something different to remain at the top. As per the market experts, the shares of Kesa group will remain stable, which is very good news for its investors.
