Melbourne, Mar 3: Six Australians out of the total 34,684 applications from all over the world have made it to the list of top 50 successful candidates for Great Barrier Reef’s caretaker’s job.
The six Australians selected are Chris Bray from Sydney, New South Wales, James Hill from Shute Harbour, Queensland, Sheree Marris Elwood from Victoria, Hailey Turner from Brisbane and David Whitehill from the Gold Coast.
In the quest to land the dream job, one of the applicants David Whitehall even pulled down his pants to reveal g-string bathers and the words “Aussie bum” emblazoned on his bottom while walking to the water saying “You’d be out of your mind not to give this job to an Aussie bum”.
