Pakistan's all-rounder Abdul Razaq will replace injured Yasir Arafat in the Pakistan cricket squad for the ICC T20 World Cup.

Arafat has been ruled out from the tournament due to injury he received during a match against England in the pool stage of the ICC T20 World Cup.

The International Cricket Council has approved Razaq as a replacement for Arafat for rest of the tournament. Razaq has recently ended his contract with rebel Indian Cricket League and rejoined Pakistan Cricket Board.

Razaq said that he made a big mistake by joining the rebel ICL and now he is overwhelmed by this opportunity to start his carrier again in the International Cricket for Pakistan.

Pakistan will play its first match in the super eight round against Sri Lanka in the ICC T20 World Cup on Friday and Razaq will join the Pakistan team squad early on the Friday.
