R Systems Int’l All Set To Invest $1 Mln In Its Subsidiary
R Systems International is all set to invest around USD 1 million in its wholly owned subsidiary, R Systems Solutions.
Besides, the company has also changed the name of its recently acquired subsidiary Sento Europe to R Systems Europe.
R Systems International acquired entire share capital of Sento Europe B.V. from Sento Corporation, USA on Jan. 23, 2008.
With the acquisition, Sento Europe B.V., a Netherlands corporation and Sento S.A.S., a French corporation became a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
Sento Europe with operations in Enschede, Netherlands and Metz, France provides a wide variety of integrated technical support plus customer care services via multiple channels in 18 European languages and 24 countries.
R Systems International was incorporated on May 14, 1993 and got its current name on Aug. 7, 2000. Its principal activity is to provide Information technology services. The Group operates in two segments: Software Development and Customisation Services and Business Processing Outsourcing Services.
The Group has operations in Japan, Australia, Singapore and the Middle East.
Shares of the company, on Friday (April 25) closed up Rs 9.5 at Rs 107.2 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The total volume of shares traded at the BSE was 218,572.
