Prince Harry finally free of fags

London, Dec 3: British royal Prince Harry has told friends that he has finally managed to quit smoking.

The 23-year old Royal vowed to kick the habit, which started when he was 14, last year.

Now, he has told pals that he’s been smoke-free for the past several weeks.

Harry started smoking at Eton and continued his 20-a-day habit on his year-long Army training course at Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He decided to quit at the beginning of the year, before the public ban came into force.

However that attempt came to naught when he became one of the first people to break the ban, lighting up in a VIP area at Wembley Arena.

One pal said that he has finally been able to quit.

"It's still early days and he has failed before, but this time he's determined. He feels he is finally winning the battle," the Mirror quoted the pal, as saying.

And one person who is said to be delighted with the news is dad Charles.

"Harry used to feel really guilty. And Charles is so pleased that he seems serious about quitting for good this time," a source revealed. (ANI)
