Bollywood beauty Soha Ali Khan is expected to be grilled by the police in the black buck hunting case together with her father, Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, former cicket captain.

Soha and her father faced problem since he had allegedly used the weapon issued in her name to kill an endangered black buck near Gurgaon for which he is facing a police case.

Gurgaon Deputy Commissioner Rakesh Gupta state that Soha was issued the gun license during November 1996, when she was just 18 years and one month old, while the minimum age limit for having a gun license is 21.

In this effect, the Gurgaon administration has issued a show cause notice to Miss Soha for owning a rifle three years before the qualified age.

Mr. Rakesh said that the administarion has asked Soha to give complete details within two weeks that how she received a gun license when she was still underage and ineligible for it.

Gupta said if it is proved that Mr. Pataudi had used the same gun to kill an endangered black buck, action would be taken against him and Soha on the charge of violating the Arms Act and misguiding the Gurgaon administration.

He also said the file having papers associated to the issuing of the license to Soha was also absent from governmental records.

He added that an FIR would be filed against unidentified persons in this regard.

He said Pataudi took the permission for carrying .22 bore rifle no. 91501 "as retainer" on January 7, 2000 for which license was issued to Soha.

Pataudi had allegedly used the same weapon in June 2005 for hunting down and killing a black buck in Jhajjar district, the official said.
