Washington, Dec 15 : DJ Samantha Ronson has said that rapper Kanye West is such a great talent that he can afford to be as arrogant as he intends to be.
Samantha, who is dating Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan, revealed on her MySpace blog that she was bowled over by West''s musical abilities, when she met him for the first time.
