London, Jan 12 : Jade Goody has said that because of her cancer surgery, she will never have the daughter she always longed for.
The former Big Brother star's two sons mean everything to her, yet she always hoped to give them a little sister and make the family complete.
However, because of her disease, Goody can't have any more kids.
"Knowing I'll never have another baby is heartbreaking. I'm a young woman and I've got two boys who I idolise but I would have loved a little girl," the Mirror quoted Goody, as saying.
"I'd always felt there was a girl inside me desperately wanting to live because I never got the chance to be a child myself," she added.
London, Jan 12: Doctors have warned cancer-stricken Jade Goody that she has only a 40 per cent chance of survival.
"I'm realistic. I know I might not have that long left," the Mirror quoted her, as saying.
Despite all that, the former Big Brother star has admitted that losing her hair following intensive chemotherapy was the most shocking moment yet in her fight against cervical cancer.

The former Big Brother star, who has lost her hair to chemotherapy, will be all smiles when her 21-year-old boyfriend will be released in a week.
Goody insists that she’ll be the one to welcome her man the moment he steps outside.
Tweed will be on an electronic tag linked to his parents’ house in Essex.
He must keep to a strict curfew or risk being thrown back in prison.
London, Jan 5: A fancy dress shop owner has accused reality TV star Jade Goody of not returning a Marilyn Monroe-style frock she hired over two-and-a-half years ago.
The former Big Brother star, currently struggling from cervical cancer, reportedly hired the white dress back in April 2006, along with an Indiana Jones outfit for boyfriend Jack Tweed for 20 pounds.
Kathy Coombes, owner of Aladdin's Party Centre, in Rayleigh, Essex, said that Goody told her the costume was `at the bottom of my wardrobe' but still never returned it.
"I reported it to the police and urged them to take action against Jade. But they said it was a civil matter," the Mirror quoted Kathy, as saying.
